You must do the Final Project, and deal with the topic of supply and demand and markets as outlined in the “sample final project.” You may choose to do it on a product of your choosing. It helps if you pick a topic about which you already know a lot, and for which you have ready access to information.
The final project, should be between 6 -8 double spaced typed pages long. It should include a bibliograph, footnotes citing acknowledgemnets, and an introduction and conclusion.
Final Project ( see Sample Final Project at the bottome of this section)
The Final project counts 320 points towards your final grade. The project is the capstone for the course.
You must do a final project which deals with the topic cited in the “ Sample Final Project”, but do not use “apples” as a topic – choose a topic dealing with some other specific product.
Any other topic will not be accepted for grading purposes.
It is usually wise to pick a product about which you already know a lot, and for which you can readily get data.
The project is a major portion of the grade for the course. Therefore, I will confirm receipt of the project and it should not be considered complete until you have received this confirming message. You may submit draft copies of your project until seven days prior to the due date. ( The due date will be found under the Assignment Tab) I will comment on your draft and return it within three days for revision. Any projects received by the posted due date will be considered final.
